The Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures of the Republic of Armenia, Gnel Sanosyan, yesterday received the Head of the Delegation of the European Union to Armenia, Ambassador Vasilis Maragos.
TKEN informs that the minister highly appreciated the work done by the EU ambassador in all spheres of cooperation with the ministry. During the meeting, a number of issues of bilateral interest were discussed.
In particular, issues related to work with communities, energy sector, road construction, road safety improvements were discussed. Issues related to the aviation sector were also discussed.
Minister Sanosyan thanked the ambassador for his support especially in this field. Questions regarding the "Crossroads of Peace" project were discussed.
The head of the EU delegation reaffirmed the EU's support for the "Crossroads of Peace" project presented by the Government. The EU ambassador informed that they are ready to support the restoration of infrastructures damaged by the disaster in Lori and Tavush marzes.
