The servicemen of the Community Police Kumayri, implementing operative information, arrested two 34-year-old residents of Gyumri in one of the Gyumri's recreation area on July 2.
A criminal proceedings were initiated, with a search in the rest of the holiday, a pool with a peculiar pepper and synthetic drug package.
A preliminary investigation is underway.
