On October 15, at 2:36 p.m., the Arabkir department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs received a report that a 34-year-old young man was taken to "Mikaelyan" medical center from Zaryan Street for medical treatment with a diagnosis of "a cut-perforated bleeding wound in the right half of the chest".
