The judge criticizes Trump administration


US Regional Judge Paula Xinis said that Trump's administration did not provide sufficient details to explain how the court's decision is made to ensure the return of Maryland's Krmar Abrego Garcio. He was deported by mistake and was held in Salvador prison. The statement of the US Internal Security Secretary of Kristie Noem was presented in court, according to which Garcia "will never return to the United States, which calls Xinis as a confession of possible illegality.
