34 countries supporting the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL), including Armenia, issued a joint statement calling for respect for the UN peacekeeping mission and to ensure the safety of its personnel.
The joint statement was published on X's "Poland at the UN" microblog.
The signatory countries reaffirmed their support for the UN Interim Force in Lebanon mission to bring stability and peace to southern Lebanon.
A joint statement initiated by Poland condemned incidents of attacks on peacekeepers and stated that such actions should be stopped immediately and adequately investigated.
