On October 13, at 01:16, the National Center for Crisis Management received information that a citizen fell into a ravine on the way from Alaverdi city to Pambak village.

One combat unit from the fire-rescue squad of the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine went to the scene. M. (born in 1987) was taken out of the canyon (about 15 m) on a stretcher and brought to the ambulance. the victim was hospitalized in a medical center.
