Rare lions killed three people in India for two weeks

In India, in the strong region of Gujarat, the rare Asian lions attacked three people in two weeks. This was reported by The Indian Express.

The first tragic event took place at the end of February, when the seven-year-old boy went to bring water from the river and no longer returned. His relatives started the search and were soon found him, but it was too late. The employees of the local Forest Department quickly found and caught two lions, which were near the place of attack. The predators were sent to a special center for the "research", but after a while they were released, far from settlements.

The last death attack took place in the same state on March 6. The employees of the Forest Department found parts of the human body in the forest. Later, it turned out that they belong to 34-year-old Nazim Coureshi, the lower part of whose lions ate.

Investigators noted that the exact picture of the incident has not yet been restored, but the lion traces were found next to Kureshi.
