Russian President Vladimir Putin agrees with his American counterpart Donald Trump, but there is still a lot to do, and the press secretary of the Russian president Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
After the Russian-Belarusian talks, Putin outlined a number of issues related to the 30-day ceasefire proposed in the special operation zone. The Russian leader defended the ceasefire, but noted nuances, which Moscow cannot ignore. In particular, he noted Kiev on arms supplies and ongoing mobilization in Ukraine.
"Yes, there is really a lot to do, but still the president has expressed solidarity with Mr. Trump's position," Kremlin Speaker said.
In his turn, Trump said that the United States still has leverage on the Russian Federation, but it preferred not to not discuss them in the light of positive trends in negotiations with Moscow.
