Today, on February 20, Russian Ambassador to Armenia Sergey Copirkin was involved in a car accident in Yerevan.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, a Toyota car from the Ambassador crashed on the street No. 20 near the 70 school No. 70 near Sari district.

As a result of the accident, the driver and the passenger were taken to hospital.

The patrols of the Yerevan City Patrol Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia and the employees of the Erebuni Department of the General Police Department of the Republic of Armenia arrived at the scene. According to Shamshyan, the ambassador was behind the car.
