Trump promised: What's in store for tomorrow?

US President-elect Donald Trump said Sunday that he plans to issue an executive order on Inauguration Day that would delay the ban on the social media platform TikTok.

"I am asking the companies not to cancel TikTok. On Monday, I will issue an executive order until the statutory ban goes into effect. This will give us time to reach an agreement to protect our national security interests," he wrote on the social network.

Euromedia24the"interfax"reports that the newly elected president added that he would like the US to "own" 50% of the social network as part of a joint venture. "This is how we save TikTok, leave it in good hands and let it have a voice," Trump said.
