About 100 hectares of forest burned due to a natural fire near the country town of Bodrum in Mugla Province, Turkey. The mayor of Mugla, Ahmet Aras, informed about this. "About 100 hectares of forest were affected by the fire, which started on Tuesday, around 14:00 local time. The fire was controlled and extinguished within 18 hours," Aras said on TRT TV channel. According to him, according to the local authorities, 10 airplanes, 12 helicopters, more than 50 units of land equipment and more than 400 people were deployed.
